All services offered by Next Level Advisory Group are non-physical and delivered remotely
through digital communication channels (email, video calls, or collaboration tools).
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
– A full refund is possible if you cancel your request before any consultation or document
delivery begins.
– If you are dissatisfied with the initial delivery, we offer one complimentary revision,
provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery.
– No refunds will be provided once substantial advisory work has been completed.
Substantial advisory work is defined as any delivery of personalized strategy, written
guidance, or participation in a scheduled consultation.
– We do not offer refunds based on subjective outcomes or changes in business direction.
– Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Next Level Advisory Group based on service
usage, delivery status, and communication history.
